Internship Program FAQ
I have bee accepted into the internship! Where is the login for accepted interns FAQs?
How competitive is this internship?
Extremely. Fewer than 0.5% of applicants are selected for final-stage interviews. We seek candidates who show intellectual sharpness, initiative, curiosity, and high grit — and who are not seeking a brand name for its own sake, but a performance platform.
Q: Is the internship paid? Will I get a job after the internship?
Per guidance from the Swedish government and Arbetsförmedlingen (the national employment agency), internships are not allowed to be directly tied to job offers or promises of employment. Our program aligns with that regulation — there is no guaranteed job at the end, but strong interns may be considered for future collaboration. As you probably know, unpaid internships are common in Sweden and across much of Europe, especially for roles involving project-based learning, and professional exposure. In Sweden, most internships, particularly competitive ones or those offered by startups or finance/tech firms, do not come with guaranteed compensation — the primary value lies in experience.
These internships are designed for those who prioritize high-intensity, elite learning and opportunity exposure over short-term compensation. Many participants view this program as a launchpad into ultra-selective careers in hedge funds, VC, PE, or global investing — or into slightly less competitive careers such as investment banking.
Hedge fund paths typically require several years of top-tier performance at bulge bracket investment banks or other similar roles before even becoming eligible. This program offers a rare early route — but only for less than the top 0.01%.
Is this a full-time internship? Is it remote or flexible?
All internships require serious, on-site commitment. This is not a part-time, remote, or casual role. If selected, you will be expected to work from our Stockholm base in close coordination with our core investment and strategy teams. This program is intensive and hands-on — designed for high performers who thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
I received an internship email but only recall applying for a different role — possibly full-time or months ago. Is this an error?
You may have applied previously for a full-time position or different vertical (e.g., marketing, business development). Our updated review system occasionally reactivates standout profiles and routes them into our current elite internship funnel. If you're no longer available or open to internships, no action is required — your file will remain in our system for future roles.
What kinds of internships are available?

What is the selection process like?
The process includes:
-
Written assignments and/or quizzes
-
Fit and technical screening
-
Micro-Labs (short simulations or collaborative case sprints)
-
Final interviews (panel or one-on-one)
Not all candidates are invited to each stage. Invitations are sent on a rolling basis.
What is a Micro-Lab?
The Micro-Lab is an invite-only, performance simulation used to evaluate adaptability, team dynamics, and decision-making under uncertainty. It may be individual or group-based and is considered a key indicator of potential fit for high-autonomy roles.
I submitted my assignment/quiz/preferences but didn’t get a confirmation. Did you receive it?
If your form was submitted successfully (e.g., you received an on-screen confirmation), we have it. Due to high application volume, we cannot confirm individual submissions. If there is an issue or next step, you will be contacted directly.
Can I update my profile or share new academic or professional developments?
We appreciate your initiative, but due to volume, we are currently not reviewing supplemental materials beyond the application and assignments submitted. If your update is highly relevant (e.g., language skills, technical certifications, publications), you may include a concise note — though we cannot guarantee individual replies.
I applied on behalf of someone else — can you confirm who has progressed?
For data protection and process integrity, we only communicate directly with applicants. If your colleague or referral has progressed, they will be contacted directly via the email they used to apply.
I’m not available for unpaid internships or relocation. Should I still apply?
This program is not remote, not part-time, and not designed for casual or temporary availability. If relocation or immediate salary is required, we understand and thank you for your interest. Please feel free to reconnect with us when circumstances align.
